What payment methods do you accept?
We can accept payment through Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Solo and Amex.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we can ship worldwide. All shipping is calculated at checkout so just select your address and this will be calculated automatically.

How long do orders take to process?
We aim to ship orders within 1 working day. 


We offer two types of delivery options to the Austria:
Standard Class Delivery: ​2-3 working days
Express Class Delivery : ​1-2 working days for orders placed before 12pm. Arrive before 12pm either the following day or the one after that.

Delays in receiving packages are outside of our control. Please leave 3 working days in addition to the estimated delivery times before getting in touch about the status of your order. However, please don’t hesitate to send us a query!

European standard: 5­-11 working days
Courier/Express Delivery: 3-5 working days
*Please allow a Two Day Service for Remote or Offshore locations, including Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Scilly Isles and Isle of Man.

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please send us an email at outlining your reasons for the return, which item (if multiple were ordered) and any additional information we may require. Digital downloads are eligible for a refund provided the tracks have not already been downloaded.

Please remember to ask your postal service for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. Your local postal service will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.

The refund will be processed once your goods are received. Please note that it may take up to 7 working days for the refunds to show in your account. Each item returned is refunded separately, and will show on your statement as a refund/credit from Sam Chalcraft. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact us with your order number, postcode and new card details.

7 Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Only)
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor­made / customised products). In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

If we have made a mistake with an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning.
